1. The Promoter and Eligibility

1.1. Promoter: Anytime Investor (UEN:53429786B), referred to as "the Promoter."

1.2. Eligibility: This promotion is open only to residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above. Employees, immediate family members of employees, and representatives of the Promoter are not eligible to participate.

1.3. Nature of Activity: Participation involves Paper Trading (simulated trading) using virtual funds only. No real capital is required or put at risk by the participant to qualify for the prize.

1.4. Exclusion of Existing Programme Participants: This promotion is open only to individuals who are not currently enrolled in any educational or training programme. Individuals who are currently enrolled, have previously joined, are currently participating in, or have participated in the Promoter’s X-Factor Programme are not eligible to participate.

1.5. Exclusion of Prior Participants: This promotion is not open to individuals who are currently participating in, or who have previously participated in, any similar giveaway, promotional campaign, or incentive programme organised or administered by the Promoter or its affiliated entities, whether online or offline.

2. Promotion Period

2.1. Duration: The promotion begins on 10th March 2026 at 20:00 SGT and ends on 11th March 2026 at 23:59 SGT, unless otherwise stated or amended by the Promoter.

2.2. Prize Qualification Deadline: All qualifying paper trades must be executed within the live workshop sessions and during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

3. The Offer and Prize Limit

3.1 Participation Reward (Base Reward)

3.1.1. The Offer: Eligible participants who fulfill all qualifying actions under Clause 4 will receive one (1) S$10 Grab Voucher (“Participation Reward”).

3.1.2. Prize Cap: The Participation Reward is strictly limited to the first Fifty (50) eligible participants based on the timestamp of their qualifying paper trade.

3.1.3. Limit per Person: Each eligible participant is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Participation Reward throughout the entire Promotion Period.

3.1.4. Basis of Award: Vouchers will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis based on the timestamp of the qualifying paper trade execution.

3.2 Top 3 Simulation Trade Prizes

3.2.1. Top 3 Prizes: In addition to the Participation Reward, the top three (3) eligible participants with the highest percentage gain from a valid qualifying paper trade executed during the Promotion Period will receive the following prizes:

3.2.2. Basis of Ranking:
Ranking will be determined solely based on the highest percentage gain (%) from one (1) qualifying paper trade executed during the live workshop session.

3.2.3. Single Trade Consideration:
Only one (1) paper trade per participant will be considered for ranking purposes. If multiple trades are executed, the Promoter reserves the right to determine which trade will be used for evaluation.

3.2.4. Verification:
Participants may be required to submit screenshots or platform verification of their executed trade showing:

• Entry price
• Exit price
• Position size
• Percentage gain
• Time and date of execution
• Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in disqualification.

3.2.5. Tie-Breaker:
In the event of a tie in percentage gain, the participant whose qualifying trade was executed earlier (based on timestamp) will be ranked higher.

3.2.6. Final Decision:
The Promoter’s decision on rankings, calculations, and eligibility shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

4. How to Qualify

4.1. Attendance for 2-day workshop: Each participant is required to be present for the entirety of both days of the workshop, from commencement to conclusion.

Compliance with the foregoing attendance requirement shall be monitored and recorded by the organizer’s webinar software, and such records shall constitute conclusive evidence of attendance.

4.2. Paper Trading Account: Participants may use a paper trading account with any brokerage that supports 0DTE paper trading.

Organizer may recommend a paper trading provider; however, use of the recommended provider is not mandatory.

Participants are solely responsible for setting up, maintaining, and ensuring the functionality of their chosen paper trading account.

4.3. Qualifying Action: To qualify for the Prize, the participant must execute at least one (1) valid 0DTE Paper Trade on the platform during the Promotion Period.

4.4. Definition of "Paper Trade": A valid 0DTE Paper Trade is defined as a simulated buy and sell order that has been successfully filled in the designated virtual environment. Pending, cancelled, or rejected orders do not qualify.

4.5. The "Paper Trade" position must be opened and closed within the same trading session and may not be carried past market close under any circumstances, including partial fills or residual contracts.

5. Prize Redemption and Delivery

5.1. Notification: Qualified participants will be notified via email to their registered address within 7 working days of their qualifying paper trade.

5.2. Voucher Delivery: The digital Grab Voucher will be delivered via email to the qualifying participant's registered email address within 30 working days after the notification email.

5.3. Verification: The Promoter's decision on qualification and the time of the paper trade is final.

6. General Conditions

6.1. Right to Amend

The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or amend these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). Any such modification will be posted on the Promoter’s official communications channels or notified to participants as the Promoter considers appropriate. Material changes that adversely affect participants will be notified promptly where reasonably practicable.

6.2. Final Decision

Except where expressly stated otherwise in these T&Cs, the Promoter’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion (including eligibility, qualification, verification, ranking and prize allocation) are final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence or appeal will be accepted, except where the decision would be inconsistent with applicable law.

6.3. No Financial Advice

The Promotion and any associated workshops, materials or communications are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the Promotion or the Promoter’s communications constitutes financial, tax, legal or other professional advice. Participants should obtain independent professional advice appropriate to their circumstances before making any financial decisions.

6.4. Data Protection and Use of Personal Data

By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by the Promoter and its service providers for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, delivering prizes, communications about the Promotion, and for marketing purposes where consent has been separately obtained.
The Promoter will process participants’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Participants have the right to request access to and correction of their personal data held by the Promoter. Requests should be sent to the Promoter’s data protection officer at the contact details provided in promotional materials.
Where participants provide personal data of third parties (for example, to nominate a prize recipient), participants confirm that they have obtained the consent of such third parties to provide their personal data to the Promoter for the purposes set out in these T&Cs.

6.5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright) in materials provided by the Promoter in connection with the Promotion (including workshop materials, recordings and marketing materials) remain the property of the Promoter or its licensors. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use such materials for their personal, non-commercial use only. Participants must not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or otherwise exploit such materials without the Promoter’s prior written consent.

6.6. Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its officers, employees, agents and affiliates exclude all liability for any loss, damage, liability, injury, expense or claim (including direct, indirect or consequential losses) suffered or incurred by a participant arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, participation in any workshop, use of any promotional materials, acceptance or use of any prize, or any act or omission by the Promoter, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these T&Cs excludes or restricts the Promoter’s liability for: (a) death or personal injury resulting from the Promoter’s negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability which cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, its related corporations, officers, employees and agents from and against any loss, damage, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) breach of these T&Cs by the participant; (b) any false, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the participant; or (c) the participant’s use of a prize.

6.7. Prize Forfeiture

If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide satisfactory verification or to comply with any reasonable request of the Promoter within the timeframe specified, the Promoter may (at its sole discretion) forfeit the prize and either select an alternative winner or withdraw the prize.

6.8. Taxes and Benefits-in-Kind

Any taxes, duties or other fees (including income tax) that may be payable in connection with a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise required by law. The Promoter makes no representations about the tax treatment of any prize; participants should obtain independent tax advice where appropriate.

6.9. Publicity and Marketing

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without any further remuneration, unless prohibited by law. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity as requested by the Promoter.

6.10. Force Majeure

The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of its obligations under these T&Cs where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, power failures, failures of third party platforms or telecommunications networks, or act or omission of any governmental authority). In such circumstances the Promoter may, at its discretion, cancel, suspend, modify or postpone the Promotion.

6.11. Severability

If any provision of these T&Cs is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in whole or in part under any applicable law, that provision or part will be deemed severed to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability, and the remaining provisions of these T&Cs will continue in full force and effect.

6.12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Each participant irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. The Promoter may, however, bring proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction.

6.13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Any complaint relating to the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter in the first instance at the contact details provided in promotional materials. The Promoter will attempt to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.
If a participant is not satisfied with the Promoter’s response, the participant may seek independent legal advice or pursue other available remedies under Singapore law.

6.14. Third Party Platforms and Links

The Promotion may involve third-party platforms, services or links. The Promoter is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy or security of any third-party sites or services. Use of any third-party site is at the participant’s own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those sites.

6.15. Entire Agreement

These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between the Promoter and participants in relation to the Promotion and supersede all prior representations, understandings and agreements (whether oral or written) relating to the Promotion.
